Egg Frittata

Egg Frittata is such a healthy new on its own to be enjoyed as breakfast or brunch or lunch. I loved today morning and just added some vegetables and herbs. Easy recipe to cook and most tasty food I must say

Serves -1, Preparation time – 15 mins, Cooking time-20 mins


2 eggs

3-4 Tbsp butter

Herbs of your choice

1/2 cup vegetable stock

1/2 cup vegetables of carrots, capsicum, beans and tomatoes chopped

1/4 tsp black pepper powder

Salt as per taste


Cut the vegetables fine and heat butter in a wok and sauté the vegetables for couple of mins. Set aside. Beat the eggs, add the herbs and the vegetable stock and black pepper powder and salt. In a wok heat the butter and add the egg batter and let it set well. Cook on slow flame for 10 mins. Set aside and cover and let it set for 5 mins until no liquid is there. Flip it on the plate and cut and serve hot. Enjoy

Chop vegetables fine
Add herbs and vegetable stock to the egg and beat
Add the Pre cooked vegetables to the beaten egg and beat well
Cook on slow flame
Plate and enjoy
