Lassi is a all time favourite all year through drink for Indians. It’s not only popular in India, it’s popular abroad too and different kinds of Lassis one can have. Mango being in season and summer season in its peak a cool Mango Lassi is the order of the day. So I chose to make Mango Lassi in the afternoon
Serves – 2 person, Preparation time – 10 mins, Cooking Time- 10 mins
Ingredients
2 Alphonso mangoes
1 cup yoghurt
2 Tbsp sugar or more or less based on your preference
1 tsp cardamom powder
For Garnishing chopped pistachios and saffron
Method
Make a mango pulp by scraping the mangoes and putting in a blender. Don’t add water. You may use canned but I prefer fresh ones. Set aside. In a bowl add mango pulp and add yoghurt. You may add water to thin but I didn’t. Add cardamom powder . Stir very well and pour in fancy glasses. Refrigerate and garnish with chopped pistachios and saffron. Enjoy
