Today is National Iced Tea and I loved Iced Tea a lot. My preference is Lemon Iced Tea and I didn’t add sugar at all as sugar is bad for health. I added lot of limes of course. A simple recipe indeed
Serves -1 person, Difficulty level – Easy
Preparation time – 5 mins, Cooking time-7 mins
Ingredients
2 limes and 1 lime juice
2-3 tsp tea leaves
1 cup water
Ice as per choice
Method
In a bowl heat water and once it reaches boiling point switch off the flame. Add tea leaves and let it rest for 2-3 mins. You may add sugar if you choose to but I didn’t. In the serving glass with a strainer pour the tea and add lime slices (1-2). Refrigerate until it’s cooled down. Add ice and garnish with lime on edges and mint leaves. Enjoy Lemon Iced Tea
