Everyone I know loves having mashed potatoes. A soulful pure comfort food accompaniment with rice. Today I just cooked mashed potatoes and in a very Indian style to enjoy my lunch. Lunch was simple and this mashed potatoes gave a different kind of taste to the food and flavour too.

Ingredients
2 medium size potatoes
3-4 green chillies chopped
1 medium size onions chopped fine
2 Tbsp mustard oul
Salt as per taste
Method
Wash and boil potatoes in a cooker for 3 whistles. Switch off the flame and let it cool. Peel the skin and mash when cooled a little bit. Add chopped onions, chopped green chillies, salt and mash well. In a plate drizzle a little mustard oil, plate the mashed potatoes and garnish with Green chillies. Enjoy!
