Mango being the King of fruits, who doesn’t like to enjoy a bite during the Mango season. Being an Indian, I sure can’t resist the temptation. My favourite is Raw Mango Chutney at all times but I thought I should make some desserts from Mango. So here I am with Aam Peda or Mango Fudge

Ingredients
1 cup mango puree
1 cup milk powder
1/4 cup cashew nut Powder
1/4 cup sugar
2 Tbsp ghee
Few pinch of saffron
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
Method
Wash, peel and make mango purée. In a wok add ghee, add milk and mango purée and stir very well. Add sugar and stir well so to dissolve completely. Add kesar and stir. Add cashew nut powder, milk powder and stir very well so that there are no lumps on medium flame. Use a masher to remove lumps. Add cardamom powder and stir very well. The mix should become thick and should separate from the surface. Cool and put it on a greased plate. With a mould shape and garnish with chopped pistachios
