Shrimp Pish-Pash

Pish-Pash is an Anglo Indian recipe which is overcooked rice cooked with meat, chicken, fish in non vegetarian version or vegetables in vegetarian version. It’s a very easy recipe and very tasty. When rice is over cooked and one adds other non vegetarian or vegetarian options, the taste is indeed uplifted. Alongwith goes onions, garlic and ginger. Infact I’ve had this Pish-Pash as a child many times and my Late Mom used to cook so well. She knew this recipe very well
