In the peak summers Watermelon is an ideal fruit to enjoy. Full of vitamins and sweet to taste there are no dearth of recipes from watermelon. I chose to make a smoothie as smoothie is something I love. An ideal summer time beverage and full of nutrition as it’s got milk, yoghurt and I added maple syrup which gave a different textures I used fresh watermelon and it tastes heavenly. Freeze the glass and then add the smoothie. Refrigerate and enjoy 😊

Ingredients
1 cup seedless watermelon or watermelon cut into small pieces and seeds taken out
1 cup milk
1/2 cup yoghurt
2 Tbsp maple syrup
Method
Put everything into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into fancy glasses and refrigerate. Garnish with watermelons pieces. Enjoy a cool Summer beverage
