Kathal bichi Chingri Bharta / Jackfruit seed Shrimp mash

I am very proud of my garden as I grow varied vegetables, fruits and flowers and in a small quantity. But it’s beautiful, gives me immense satisfaction and most importantly nutrition from the fruits and vegetables. Jackfruit is one of my favourite vegetable / fruit. Nothing goes waste from the vegetable / fruit. I like both and decided to make a mash of seeds and shrimps together. Shrimps, prawns are my favourite seafood and combining both is heavenly.
