Capsicum Burger

Capsicum Burger? Must be sounding crazy, right? Well, no! It’s my way of dealing Monday blues and what better way to enjoy brekky than a Burger. No unhealthy brekky for me on a Monday and just came up with this great brekky idea. Easy, simple, nutritious & healthy

Difficulty level – Easy

Preparation time -5 mins, Cooking time-15 mins

Ingredients

1 large capsicum

1 egg

1 large tomato halved

1 processed cheese slice

Black pepper powder as per taste

Salt as per taste

Canola oil to fry

Method

Wash and clean the capsicum. Halve it and keep the cover. In a non stick wok heat oil and fry the bottom half of the capsicum. Break the egg slightly and pour onto the capsicum. Cover to let it set for 4-5 mins on low flame. Remove cover and add Cheese slice. Add tomato and cover with the top of capsicum. On low flame set it for another minute and set aside. Plate it. Sprinkle black pepper powder removing the capsicum cover and sprinkle salt. Add the capsicum cover on to it and enjoy a healthy brekky
