Brownie are my favourite and so is Chocolate. So when I combine both I’m in seventh heaven. I wanted to do a no bake and that’s exactly what I did. Loved it. A classic one indeed

Ingredients
2 cups seedless dates or desseded dates
1/4 cup cocoa powder
Pinch of salt
1 cup almonds
1/4 cup cashew nuts or any nuts
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 Tbsp water
1/4 cup chocolate chips
2 Tbsp maple syrup
2 Tbsp milk
2 Tbsp water
1/4 cup Peanut Butter
Method
Wash the dates. In a blender add dates, chocolate chips, vanilla essence, cocoa powder, almonds, cashew nuts, water and salt. Blend until smooth. Put the crumble on a 8” square pan on a parchment paper. Press with another parchment paper. In a bowl add peanut butter, water, maple syrup, milk and frost. Add on to the crumble and refrigerate for an hour until you can cut into squares. Plate it and enjoy. You can’t stop at one
