As the date for International Chocolate Day draws close my love for chocolate leaps even more… lol!!! Today I tried my hands on Dark Chocolate Coconut Bars and loved to the core

Ingredients
4 Tbsp coconut oil plus some more
6 Tbsp sugar
1 cup grated coconut
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Method
In a bowl add the sugar and coconut oil and bring it to fire on medium flame. Keep stirring until sugar dissolves (approx 4-5 mins). Set aside. Add grated coconut and mix very well. In a cake tin add parchment paper and gradually pour the mix. Press to even it out and refrigerate for 30 mins. In a bowl add chocolate chips and add 2 tsp coconut oil and on low flame melt it to liquid chocolate. Be careful not to burn and pour on the coconut mix evenly and refrigerate for further 30 mins. Once it’s hard, Cut into squares and enjoy
