Qorma or Korma is a yoghurt based dish with meat predominantly but fish or seafood or vegetarian versions are there too. I prefer the Mutton Qorma any day but today having Jumbo Prawns at home I chose to make Prawn Korma or Chingri Qorma over lunch. Polished it off with steamed rice

Ingredients
250 gms Chingri or Jumbo Prawns washed, deveined and tail to be intact
1 cup yoghurt
2 Tbsp onion paste
1 Tbsp ginger paste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp whole garam masala
4-5 Tbsp ghee
Salt as per taste
Method
In a bowl add the prawns, yogurt, onion paste, ginger paste, red chilli powder, salt and mix very well. Refrigerate for 30 mins. In a wok heat ghee, add whole garam masala and add the prawns in yoghurt. Stir once and cover on low heat. Let it get cooked and once prawns are boiled, give one stir and set aside. Enjoy with steamed rice
