Instant Noodle Cutlets or Fritters

We all have Instant noodle for our meals and some may be having everyday. Instant noodle being an easy way of cooking and enjoying a wholesome meal on its own if one is not adding vegetables and fish / egg / meat can be enjoyed quite often. I used to have instant noodles a lot earlier but nowadays since many years I’ve stopped and prefer cooking an elaborate meal with Noodles and not go for instant ones. I’ve seen lot of recipes on instant noodle cutlet or fritters on YouTube or Facebook pages and thought to myself that I’ll give it a try. When I prepared it became a major hit to me. I loved it a lot.
