We all have Lassi and love Lassi but inspite of all varieties that we have I think the best is Dry Fruits Lassi. I made it today and loved it to the core. Having added saffron the Lassi just reached a different level. Recipe as follows

Ingredients
1.5 cups thick yogurt
3 Tbsp powdered sugar
3 Tbsp milk
1 Tbsp raisins plus more to garnish
1 Tbsp pistachios plus more to garnish
1 Tbsp almonds plus more to garnish
Few strands of saffron dipped 1 tsp water
1/4 tsp green cardamom powder
1/2 tsp honey
1 Tbsp heavy creme
Method
Chop raisins, almonds, pistachios. Brush the rim of the fancy glass with honey and turn the fancy glass upside down to stick the chopped pistachios on its rim. Set aside. In a blender add yogurt, milk, green cardamom powder, chopped pistachios, raisins, almonds, powdered sugar, saffron water and blend. Pour into the fancy glass. Add cream. Garnish with almonds, raisins and pistachios and lastly the strands of saffron’s. Refrigerate for 35 mins and enjoy
