Watermelon Smoothie

Watermelon is one of my favourite fruit and a smoothie in this hot & humid weather is my ideal drink. I love it and sharing the recipe with all. Friends, do try and I’m sure you will love it. More so it’s a little different from the usual one. Usually we add milk and yoghurt or just milk or just yogurt. This has neither and hence it’s different

Serves -2 people

Preparation time -5 mins, Cooking time-1hr5 mins

Ingredients

1/4th Watermelon

Few sprigs of mint leaves

1/2” ginger chopped fine

Method

Cut the watermelon if you have to deseed then cut into small pieces. If not then just cut into pieces and refrigerate in the freezer for 45 mins. Then add on to the blender the watermelons, chopped ginger and mint leaves. Add ice cubes. Blend smooth. Pour into fancy glasses and enjoy chilled
