Author – Madhu’s Kitchen
Difficulty level – Easy
Preparation time -10 mins, Cooking time -20 mins
Ingredients
5-6 Papad
200 gms cottage cheese
1/4 cup pickle (any kind would do. I chose Mango)
1/2 cup yoghurt
4 Tbsp maida
1/2 cup oil for deep frying
Salt as per taste
Method
Cut the paneer into square pieces. Slit half. Take the pickle and slowly insert in each one and set aside. Make a batter of maida in a bowl. Adding pinch of salt and the batter should be of thin consistency. Take the raw papad and put in a blender to make a powder. Set aside. Now take each cottage cheese and dip in maida batter and smear with papad powder and set aside. Keep the oil for frying in a wok and on low heat while preparing the Achari paneer. Now slowly add the Achari paneer in oil and deep fry in batches. Once done for all. Set aside for playing. On the plate make a garnish of tomato and dip the pickle oil into yoghurt to make a dip and enjoy the Achari Paneer
