Ingredients
1 Kg Mutton on bones
150 gms ghee
100 gms Amul cream
8 cloves
4 bay leaves
10 cardamoms
4 tsp red chilli powder
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
8 tsp lime juice
2 cups fried onion
2 Cinnamon sticks
Salt as per taste
Method
Wash the mutton very well. In a bowl add 1 cup fried onions, 2 tsp red chilli powder, salt and lime juice and mix well. Marinate and set aside for 1 hour. in a wok heat ghee and add the rest of the red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, lime juice, and add the marinated mutton. Stir. Add lime juice, salt and Amul cream. Mix well and keep it covered on low heat for 1 hour. Enjoy with Naan or Paratha
