Ingredients
1/2 cup Mocha or Banana Flower
1/4 cup Chana Dal
1/2 tsp ginger paste
1 Tbsp onion paste
1/2 cup mustard oil to fry
Salt as per taste
Method
In a bowl soak Chana Dal for 24 hours, drain and make a paste. Clean, wash the Mocha and boil. Make a paste and set aside. In a bowl mix all ingredients together and make kababs. In a wok heat oil and fry them until golden in colour. Enjoy with any beverage
