Ingredients
250 gms button mushrooms
2 cups vegetable stock
1 Tbsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp corn flour
1 Tbsp Dark soya sauxe
1 tsp vinegar
1 Tbsp soya sauce
1 medium size carrot julienned
Sprigs of coriander leaves to garnish
Method
Chop the mushrooms into quarters. In a sauce pan add mushrooms, julienned carrots, vegetable stock and simmer on low flame until the soup is boiling a little bit. Add soya sauce, dark soya sauce, vinegar and stir. Add corn flour mixer in 1/4 cup water and stir. Garnish with chopped coriander and enjoy a hot & healthy soup
