I love Spring Rolls a lot and have made many kinds at home. I like Vietnamese style of Shrimp Rolls amongst all the various kinds I’ve had or made. Today for dinner I made Vietnamese style Shrimp Rolls with a chilliest Red Chilli sauce

Ingredients
3 Rice Roll Wraps
10-12 Medium size prawns
1 medium size carrot julienned
1 medium size Cucumber sliced
Some tender cabbage leaves
Few mint leaves
Sprig of coriander leaves
For Red chilli sauce
1 lime juice
1/2 tsp sugar
2-3 Red chillies chopped
2-3 garlic pods chopped
2 Tbsp Fish sauce
Method
In a mortar & pestle add chopped chillies, fish sauce, lime juice, sugar and make a paste. Set aside. Boil the prawns and drain. Immediately put in ice cold water. Sprinkle water on rice wraps and place the cabbage leaves, mint leaves, coriander leaves, julienned carrots and sliced cucumbers. Roll tight, fold the sides and add prawns and roll tight again. Finish for the rest. Plate and enjoy
