Paneer or Indian cottage cheese is used in many Indian dishes and it’s quite a common ingredient to cook vegetarian dishes. Easily available and easily made at home too if one chooses too, it’s the best way to eat any cooked dish. Can be made healthy too. I am not a very big fan of paneer but sometimes I like to cook. Today I made some healthy steamed balls which I would like to call as Paneer Delight.

Ingredients
300 gms Paneer
2-4 green chillies chopped fine
1/2 cup green, yellow and red capsicum chopped fine
1 Tbsp mustard with lime juice and salt made into a paste
1/2 cup mint leaves
Salt as per taste
Cabbage leaves as per need
Method
Grate the Paneer. To it add chopped capsicums of green, yellow and red, chopped mint leaves and chopped chillies. Make a paste of mustard with lime juice and salt and that too to the paneer. Make balls and set aside . Grease the steamer and place the balls on the cabbage leaves. Steam for 5 mins and enjoy a hot, nutritious snack with a beverage of your choice or with Mint or Coriander Dip
