Most Indians love sweets and sugar is always sweet. But India being high on Diabetes graph and obesity too we should be as conscious as possible to avoid excess sugar and salt in our food. I do understand it’s difficult to cut down and those who can are good in their mental determination level. But we all consciously must try. Having this thought in my mind always I try best to avoid sugar and salt in excess. Infact in my daily cooking salt is less and anyone who would enjoy my dishes would tell me that there is less salt. I don’t mind hearing that but I sure do mind to have excess of salt. So today I made Ladoo with seedless dates, almonds, cashew nuts, raisins and added matcha tea to it. The satisfaction level was extreme.
