Drunken Fish

Sometimes I like my dinner or any of my main meal to be completely different. Today I got some Bekti fillet and my day was made. I was infact overjoyed because Bekti is one of my favourite fish. Being boneless in general the fish is a fish lovers delight as lot of dishes can be made. I immediately decided that tonight I will have drunken fish and tomorrow fish pan fried in banana leaves.
