Andhra cuisine is so rich in taste and flavour that I quite often make different dishes from Andhra Pradesh. The people love the use of chillies to a bigger extent than other states and I enjoy that. Today I decided to make Bendakaya Pulusu. I love Tamarind and many dishes of Andhra Pradesh has the use of Tamarind. I enjoyed with steamed rice which is the best combination
