Plant based diet is call of the day and if all of us can switch to plant based diet then lot of health issues would be reduced. Our environment would be protected and our body immunity would increase, be healthy, would stay healthy and our mind & body would be in sync. With these thoughts in my mind I thought of doing a very healthy Smoothie of Cucumber & Ginger.

Ingredients
1.5 cup water
1 root ginger
1 cucumber peeled and deseeded
1 avocado peeled and pitted
1 lime juice
Sea base salt
Few ice cubes
2-3 Dates
Method
In a blender add all ingredients and blend on low speed for 10 secs and on high 35 secs. Repeat if not blender well. Pour in glasses and enjoy a healthy
