Chocolate Omelette

We all have Omelette of various kinds. Some have it regularly for breakfast or maybe some other time of the day. Make no mistake Omelette is my favourite too but I thought why not a Chocolate one. I’ve heard of Chocolate Omelette in France and eaten too, so I had to make one at home. This was the first time and I nailed it completely.

In another bowl whisk the egg whites until a stiff peak is there add the remaining castor sugar a little at a time.
