Moringa Paratha

Moringa or Drunstick leaves have been available since centuries and whenever people had it through any means either cooked in soup or salad or any Indian dish, it always tasted good. It always had and has nutritional value for our health. Though in recent times it’s been in news but we all know thy how good it is. I chose to make Paratha in healthy way

Preparation time – 20 mins, Cooking time -10 mins

Serves -1 person

Ingredients

1 cup Wheat flour

1 cup Moringa leaves

1/2 cup yogurt

1 Tbsp Peanut oil

Black pepper powder

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1/2 tsp red chilli powder

2-3 green chillies chopped

1 tsp Chaat Masala powder

Ghee to fry

Method

In a bowl add Whole wheat flour, add chopped Moringa, Chaat Masala powder, green chillies chopped, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and peanut oil. Mix well. Add yogurt and make a dough. Add water if needed. Rest the dough for 10 mins. Make balls and roll out the Paratha and let it be thin ones. In a hot tawa roast the Parathas. Add ghee and fry well on both sides. Set aside. Enjoy with yogurt and pickle
