I’m a hardcore fan of Calcutta Rolls be it Chicken, Mutton, Egg or Paneer. My favourite continues to be Chicken or Mutton but for a change I thought of making Palak Paneer a give a twist to the usual one. It was mouthwatering I tell you

Ingredients
200 gms Paneer
1 cup Palak
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup yogurt
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 onion chopped fine
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 medium size tomato chopped fine
Oil to fry
Ghee to baste
Salt as per taste
Method
Make a purée of Palak and set aside. Grate the Paneer. In a wok heat oil and add chopped onions and fry till translucent. Add chopped tomatoes and fry well. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and stir well. Add grated Palak and mix very well. Add salt and give a final stir. Set aside. In a bowl add whole wheat flour, add salt and yogurt. Mix and add Palak purée to make a dough. Rest for 5 mins. Roll out Paratha and roast in a hot tawa. Fry in oil and baste with ghee. Add the cooker paneer on one side and roll. Your Palak Paneer is ready to enjoy
