Diwali or post Dussehra is the time and season to enjoy Indian sweets or desserts. I cannot be left behind during this Season too. Consciously knowing I need to make and enjoy too. Today I started and intend to make everyday different kinds of Indian delectable desserts. I started with Flaxseed, Coconut & Jaggery Ladoo #MadhubishsKitchen

Ingredients
1/2 cup Flax seed
1 cup grated coconut
1 tsp cardamom powder
1 cup jaggery
4 Tbsp water
Method
In a pan roast flaxseed and add to a blender to make a powder. In a pan add 1 Tbsp ghee and roast desiccated coconut and set aside. In the same pan add Jaggery and water and cook till jaggery melts into the water. Add the roasted flaxseed powder, dedicated coconut and mix well until all well mixed. Set aside to cool. Make balls and plate it. Enjoy a healthy dessert
