Cheese & Corn Balls are all time favourites of mine. I can enjoy with any kind of beverage. Easy to make and tasty to the hilt, I prepared today for my later afternoon cravings and enjoyed with my choicest beverage. In this wintry afternoon this is the best snack #madhubishskitchen

Ingredients
2 cups grated processed cheese
1 cup sweet corn kernels coarsely crushed
1 tsp red chilli powder
2-3 green chillies chopped
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 Tbsp refined flour
1 Tbsp cornflour
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1” ginger chopped fine
Black peppercorn coarsely crushed
Coriander leaves chopped
Salt as per taste
Oil to fry
Method
In a bowl add coarsely crushed sweetcorn kernels, grated cheese, refined flour, cornflour, baking soda, red chilli powder, green chillies chopped, chopped ginger, garam masala powder, crushed black pepper corns, coriander leaves chopped, salt and mix well. Grease your palm and make balls. In a wok heat oil and deep fry the Cheese & Corn Balls in batches. Set aside on an absorbent paper towel and plate. Enjoy with ketchup
