Sunshine Smoothie

Smoothie are one of the best ways to start a day. Healthy, varied and so many combinations one can have – it just requires imagination to make it healthy, colourful and a feast to the eyes. I made mine and called it Sunshine Smoothie – I used Banana, Oranges, Almond milk, chia seeds, banana slices to garnish, oranges to garnish, chopped dry fruits of Almonds, Pistachios and tada my Healthy Smoothie done. I didn’t even add a sweetener because all fruits were naturally sweet #MadhubishsKitchen #healthy #Vegan #SunshineSmoothie

Looks fab! Is the flower edible? Many are, but I don’t know this one. My understanding is that if a flower is on food, it its meant to be eaten….????

Thank you. The flowers in this one wasn’t edible. It was for decor. Yes, if it’s on food it’s meant to be eaten but in this case not
