I love Pudding and I love Custard too. With oranges till around the area where I live what better way to use them than make a delectable dessert. Ingredients
2 cups Orange juice plus 1/2 cup more
3 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp Custard powder
1 cup Whipping cream
10 Husk biscuits
1 Tbsp chopped dry fruits
Method
In a pan add 2 Cups Orange juice, custard powder and sugar and whisk. Bring it to heat and on medium high flame keep stirring. The consistency will be thick and check the thickness with a spoon and set aside to cool. In another bowl add 1/2 cup orange juice and smear the Husk biscuits and add to a glass bowl. Place a single row and take a ladle of the custard and smear smooth, repeat for two more rows. Refrigerate for 30 mins. Whisk the whipping cream until you get soft peaks. Add to the bowl on the custard. Add chopped dry fruits and freeze for 2 hours. Cut to your desired shapes and enjoy a delectable Custard Pudding
