Grapes Smoothie

We all know that there are varied kinds of smoothie and each one is of nutritional value with base being milk or for vegans almond milk or coconut milk and various kinds of fruits either a single alongwith banana or combination of quite a few. I decided to give green colour into my breakfast and thought of grapes smoothie. Also grapes are now available in abundance in Calcutta. Preparation time-5 mins, Cooking time-10 mins

Ingredients

2 cups frozen grapes

2 large sliced bananas

1 cup baby spinach

1 cup almond milk

Method

In a blender add frozen grapes, sliced bananas, spinach, almond milk and make a smooth blend. Pour into a glass and enjoy a nutritious smoothie
