Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
3/4 cup Maida
1/4 cup Whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp ginger powder
1/2 tsp nutmeg powder
Salt as per taste
Wet ingredients
1 egg
1.5 cups milk
1 Tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla essence
Salt as per taste taste
Method
In a bowl add the dry ingredients and whisk well. In another bowl add the wet ingredients and then add the wet ingredients to dry ones. Mix well. If need be to make a thin batter add milk or else not. I prefer a thick pancake. Let the batter rest for 5 mins
In a pan take a ladle of the batter and add, spread evenly and on low flame let bubbles come in. Flip sides and each side should take 2-3 mins. Once done set aside.
Garnish with some apples and dried blueberries and enjoy a healthy Pancake
