It’s that time of the year when festivities are in a row in Kolkata and all Indians are taking part in this biggest Autumn Festival of Bengal. Infact all Bengali’s across the world are taking part too. When festivities are on, sweets cannot be far behind and some of the Classics ans traditional sweets of Kolkata cannot be far behind therefore. Misti Doi is one of the them. So much so that on any given day one can see enjoying a earthen bowl of Misti Doi in a sweet shop.
Now there is no harm to give a twist to the dessert and I made a Mousse and loved it. Let’s dig!
