It’s an ideal Festive time dessert and one such is Rasmalai Fudge, a ‘must have’ during Festivities. It’s a fusion dessert but one would not stop at one and crave for more. It is a instant hit in my house. I made this Rasmalai Fudge during Diwali and everyone loved it. Let’s dig in into the recipe

Ingredients
I Tbsp ghee
100 gms Condensed milk
1 cup milk
1 Tbsp pistachios chopped
1 tsp cardamom powder
1 Tbsp dried rose petals
Method
In a pan heat ghee. On low flame add milk to it and stir continuously until well mixed
Add condensed milk and continuously mix until the mix leaves surface and is dry. Add chopped Pistcahios, dried rose petals and set aside. At this time add cardamom powder . Bring it to room temperature
In a baking tray place parchment paper. Pour the mix into the parchment paper. With a back of a spoon smoothen all sides and edges. Add more chopped pistachios and dried rose petals
Refrigerate for 2 hours, cut into squares and enjoy
