The name sounds interesting and gives you a thought on what can it be. Well, it’s a twist to a Lassi. Adding Mango is not enough but adding Rum to it makes it top notch. I enjoyed making this Lassi so much that I have wanted to have it more .. #MadhubishsKitchen #RumMangoLassi

Ingredients
1/2 cup Mango purée (any variety)
1/2 cup Yoghurt
30 Oz Rum
Salt
1/2 tsp lemon zest
Method
In a blender add washed, peeled, mango cubes. Add yogurt, salt and lemon zest. Blend smooth. Add Rum and blend smooth again. Add to a serving glass. Garnish with mint leaves
