Aam Shotto Payesh is a unique delicacy from state of West Bengal. During Mango season people look for opportunities to make the best use of mangoes be it in any form. Aam Shotto or Aam Papad is one such way. But, not restricting only to Aam Shotto, Payesh or Kheer gives it a top notch level to it. I made just that.
