The name sounds very interesting isn’t it? Well my dinner couple of days back was very interesting … reason it was my love for Italy and I cooked vegetables and steamed it and enjoyed with red wine which was Italian. What more could I have wanted? In the vegetables I had cauliflower florets, carrots, cabbage, and lot of herbs alongwith marination of white wine. That did the trick I must say

Ingredients
1/2 cup white wine
1 big cauliflower florets
Cabbage leaves shredded
1/4 cut carrots chopped
1 green zucchini
1 yellow zucchini
1 tsp red chilli flakes
2-3 garlic cloves crushed
1 tsp herbs like oregano, basil, parsley
Some basil leaves
Olive oil
Salt as per taste
Black pepper powder as per taste
Method
In a bowl add garlic cloves, olive oil, some basil leaves, coarsely crushed and add to cauliflower florets. Marinate with white wine and set aside for 2 hours. In a steamer add the zucchini’s, cabbage leaves, carrots and the marinated cauliflower florets, add red chilli flakes, herbs and seasoning. Steam on one side for 6 mins and 4 mins on other side. Enjoy with wine of your choice
