Potato Soup is a decadent one and most families in Western world cook Potato Soup. I had it on many occasions during my trips abroad and loved the taste of it. I remember my Late Mom used to mention that my GrandMom cooked too. She passed on the recipe to me and here it is

Ingredients
3-4 medium size potatoew
3 cups milk
4 Tbsp butter
Salt as per taste
Black pepper powder
Some parsley leaves to garnish
Method
Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into 2” chunks. In a bowl add the potatoes and water and bring it to boil to cook 2/3rd. With a fork see whether it’s half down. Strain the water and add milk and butter and bring it to boil. Once it starts to boil in the sides, set aside. Add salt and pepper and garnish with Parsley leaves. Enjoy
