Enoki Mushroom in Garlic & Scallion Sauce

Enoki mushroom is what I had in Bangkok during my visit and was most impressed with Enoki mushrooms dipped in Garlic & Scallion Sauce. The taste still lingers from my visit in 2012. Sharing my favourite mushroom recipe

Preparation time -10 mins, Cooking time -15 mins

Serves -2 people


1 cup Enoki mushrooms

For Garlic & Scallion Sauce

2 Tbsp Light soya sauce

2 Tbsp Oil

1/2 cup Scallion chopped fine

2 garlic cloves chopped fine


Wash the Enoki mushrooms well, trimming the root edges, carefully singling out the mushrooms. Blanch the mushrooms and drain, transfer into serving plate. In a wok heat oil, add garlic and add light Soya sauce, scallions, stir for few minutes but don’t over do it and pour over the Enoki mushrooms. Enjoy ! 😊
